A bizarre, unsightly and poorly designed deck was definitely ready for a massive overhaul. This dysfunctional area ultimately became an inviting, comfortable, and dynamic outdoor living space.

The bizarre, awkward, layout and design of the existing deck prohibited any possibility of usable space. The walkway from the driveway to the back deck also needed to be revamped.

A new, wider bluestone walkway was re-positioned and now transitions evenly into the new bluestone patio area. The 2 different elevations for entry into the homes living room and kitchen are now cohesive and functional. A level entertaining patio with a custom built fire pit transitions to an upper deck dining area directly outside of the interior kitchen.
