This small cape house was completely engulfed by forest in the back. Phase 1 was transforming the landscape into usable space. Phase 2 was building an addition to the house. Phase three was extending the back patio and building an outdoor kitchen. Phase 4 was building a “spool”- a small pool that also serves as a large hot tub.
